We are excited to partner with NAFA on some new technology this year and will be using online entries for the event. You will need to create an account before registering. If you have any trouble with the online form please email Neil & Steve.

Note: After registering teams, you can come back and enter lineups online until the day before the event. You can also edit you registration up until the closing date if needed. You will need to use the same login to do either of those things.

Event Format & Important Details

We appreciate the overwhelming support and anticipate a large turnout based on the feedback we’ve received. To accommodate as many teams as possible, we’ve made some format adjustments from a typical Region 3 event.

Limited Draw Event: Due to logistical constraints, we are limited to two rings and will cap entries at 65 teams.

  • Every club that enters a class will be guaranteed one team before any club can enter a second.
  • Regular and Multibreed (MB) classes will have priority, but any unfilled spots will shift to Open.
  • Don’t worry if Open looks smaller at first—it will adjust as needed.
  • For teams unfamiliar with Region 3, Friday night is a laid back affair starting about 5 or 6pm. It’s not typically a very competitive evening.

Racing Format:

  • 5-team divisions with 4 races per team per day.
  • For Regular and potentially MB, we aim to use a CanAm-style format, splitting divisions into A & B groups, with winners racing at the end of the day. This will be finalized after seed times are submitted and will only apply if teams are closely matched.

Camping:

  • Assigned camping spots will be available for up to 75 RVs/campers.
  • Camping is first-come, first-served based on registration and deposit ($10/site deposit).
  • Rates:
    • $30/night per power drop (includes access to a dump station and water spigots).
    • Dry camping/tenting: $10/night. We will preferably put tents on the same sites as teammates with RVs/Trailers.

Saturday Night Dinner & Entertainment:

  • Animal Inn is generously providing dinner on Saturday night, along with live entertainment!
  • When registering, please provide the number of attendees from your team so we can plan accordingly.
